BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING, novemBER 10

FULL BOARD TO CONVENE FOR REGULAR BUSINESS, public hearing for 2021 budget  


SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. – The Board of Health will hold its regular meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. In addition to regular business, there will be a public hearing following the presentation of the preliminary 2021 budget. A budget ad hoc committee convened by the Board has met four times this year, between August and October. The committee reviewed proposed revenues and expenditures and gave instruction to staff regarding budget parameters and direction. The Board is expected to vote on adopting a 2021 budget at its December 8 meeting.

    1. The Snohomish Health District Board of Health will convene into executive session for the purposes of collective bargaining matters pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b) and pending litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). Executive session is expected to last up to 15 minutes. Unless extended to a later time, the Board will reconvene into regular session at _____ p.m. and is not expected to take action.
