  8. Executive Session
    1. The Snohomish Health District Board of Health will recess and convene into Executive Session for purposes of discussing with legal counsel the legal risk of a potential action pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(iii) and potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). Executive Session is expected to last up to 20 minutes. Unless extended to a later time, the Board will reconvene into regular session at ____ p.m. and is not expected to take action.

    1. Adopt Res. 22-26 establishing consulting fee for hearing examiner services (SR 22-096; S. Frederick)  
    2. Authorize the Administrative Officer to utilize $1,500,000 of the unreserved fund balance for the replacement of vehicles for the Health District's fleet (SR 22-091; P. Aguilar)
    3. Authorize the Administrative Officer to apply for a grant through NACCHO for vaccine hesitancy (SR 22-095; P. Sampaga-Khim)
    4. Approve Res. 22-27 rescinding Res. 22-19 and authorizing the appointment of a new Auditing Officer (SR 22-094; S. Frederick)
