SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. – The Snohomish County Board of Health will hold a special meeting on May 3 at the Semiahmoo Conference Room, 9565 Semiahmoo Parkway in Blaine, Washington. The Board will have its regular meeting the following week on May 9 at 3020 Rucker Ave. in Everett.
