SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. – The Board of Health will hold its regular meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. The meeting will be held in the Snohomish Health District’s Auditorium located at 3020 Rucker Ave, Everett, Wash.
Just prior to its regular meeting, the Board of Health will also convene in the same location at 2:00 p.m. for a special meeting to conduct a strategic planning work session. That session will be facilitated by KelloggWatson, and materials are available online.
In addition to regular business, there will be a public hearing following the presentation of the preliminary 2020 budget. A budget ad hoc committee convened by the Board has met 11 times this year, starting in April. The committee reviewed proposed revenues and expenditures and gave instruction to staff regarding budget parameters and direction. The Board is expected to vote on adopting a 2020 budget at its December 10 meeting.

Executive Session is expected to last up to 10 minutes. Unless extended to a later time, the Board will reconvene into regular session at __________ p.m. and is not expected to take action.
