Hello,

Your food service permit expires on 12/31/2025 and has yet to be renewed. Your invoice needs to be paid by close of business, 12/31/2025. Checks mailed in must be received on or before 12/31/2025, post mark is not sufficient to avoid late fees.

Failure to renew your annual permit and have your account paid to $0.00 will result in additional fees. If you have multiple locations, late fees will apply to each location.

You will need the Invoice ID and Account ID located in the upper right-hand side of the invoice mailed to you last month (see example above). If you need a copy of your invoice please contact us at 425-339-5250 or SHD-EHQ@snoco.org.

For payment by check, please note the following:

On January 1, 2023, the Snohomish Health District integrated with Snohomish County Washington.  Therefore, a new Health Department was created within Snohomish County and going forward we should be considered as a DBA (doing business as) for Snohomish County.

Therefore, checks for the Health Department should be made payable to and mailed to:

Your annual operating permit expires on 12/31 of each year, invoices are mailed to you about 6 weeks prior to the expiration date.
