OnlineRME & Reporting

Reporting Reminders

Snohomish County Health Department uses OnlineRME for storing OSS records and reports. Uploading reports is not only important for recording the status of septic systems in our county, but it is required under Snohomish County Board of Health Code (SCBHC). OnlineRME houses OSS records such as as-builts, application cover sheets, historical files, and service history records for OSS properties in Snohomish County.

When uploading reports, remember to:

  • Upload the report within 30 days of service. This includes inspections, pumping, and minor/limited repairs. If the OSS is failing, the report should be uploaded immediately.
  • Add comments! Use the comment box to describe work completed, what was found, or other relevant information. You can also include photos with your reports.
  • Put the name of the certified individual who performed the work. It should not be the company’s name.
