Strategic Plan

This strategic plan lays out where the Snohomish County Health Department is going and how we will get there. Shaped by the voices of our community and our staff, it sets a clear direction by defining long-term goals and priorities. It will help leaders, staff and community partners focus on what matters most while helping us align people and resources.

As a living document, it will evolve as we learn from our work and adjust to changing community needs, opportunities and challenges. It is a dynamic plan designed to grow along with Snohomish County.
